Can you please consider getting yourself a better camera, Adam? I noticed the dynamic range in certain parts of your video is pretty bad. Look out the window into the sky at timestamp 0:36 for example. Otherwise, this video was quite well thought out and informative. You seem to travel all over Vancouver for your real estate work.

What a great video..as always, so entertaining and full of great ideas with a nice flow of video shots and I didn't miss a beat of all your content. You will make you money back and then some when you work hard and share your thoughts of your own daily expenses. You always seem very comfortable in front of the camera and it's pretty amazing how well you combine all your video shots to help tell your story. You present all your clips with such keen interest.
