Aw Jaclyn, I am a lot like you in the sense that I get overwhelmed and exhausted so easily. I think it’s from decades of societal pressure saying our worth is in all we do and we must be super productive. When I have a lot to do, I slim down my list to only the NEEDS. I also have battled anxiety for a couple years and what helps me so much is again trimming down my to do’s list, getting outside, walking my puppy, getting a snack, taking a bath, and especially using my essential oils! Lavender is so good for calming. I highly recommend! I often put a little dab on my nostril! I had to start prioritizing my health, whether it be mental or physical. And it’s just been a process letting go, but seeing the beauty in the slowness and stillness of life. Letting my worth be in being in Christ alone, not in my productivity and what the world say is valuable. I had to make choices to let things go and just be less involved. It what has worked best for me! I pray you find what works best for you in these times. At the end of the day, was it really worth me getting overwhelmed and stressed and anxious for x,y and z. Most the time no, so surrender has been a word the Lord is teaching me! 🤍🌷

My old phone did well with a castify case and I drop my phone all the time! But I feel they are a little expensive so I always try to find a code to use so I could use a giftcard. I know Anna Heid works with castify too if that helps😊❤
