Those stray hairs can happen from wearing your hair up in the same position too frequently and it can cause breakage. It helps to switch between a high pony one day, a low braid another, etc, so the hair isn’t always being put under the same pressure! Currently dealing with this now since I can’t quit my top knot😭😭😭

I’m pretty sure I’m actually permanently bald at the worst tension points from my “mum bun” I’m 32 ladies. My hair was my pride and joy!! :( look after your manes!!!

@@AmandaAlexandra47 I'm 29 and started losing my hair from dry shampoo and mom buns lol, I started taking a multi-collagen peptide powder (in my coffee!) And my hairline is growing in more full than it was before the loss. I swear by it!
