Same thing happened to my wrist, it got worse and worse it was on and off at the start too! It was the bone at bottom of my thumb that hurt the most. Anyway, I went to the physio (not sure what you guys call it in America 😅) but I'd say go to one, they gave me a little brace so my thumb/wrist can get a break from moving and so it can heal, plus a few exercises for it. I thought it was gonna go away too and it got to the point I can't scratch my back anymore with my left hand 😅 Love u paige ❤️💕
