Tell me I'm not the only one with a non-horsey job that's constantly juggling normal life and horsey life? 🤦🏼‍♀️
Here's an insight (that none of you asked for🤣🤣) into my very repetitive and average working week - I am hoping I am not alone in thinking that most days are like groundhog day for equestrians throughout the Winter months❄️

I've been looking for content like this! My career is non-horsey and I've always wondered how others make time for their horses if they own one while working a non-equine job. Right now I'm just quarter-loaning and ride etc on weekends. Hardly any places here have arenas with floodlights, or any lighting at all so riding early mornings/evenings is a no-go until I can find one. I'm hoping to work different hours soon though, maybe 11am to 7pm or 12 to 8 so I can get mornings in.

Loved the vlog Adele ❤️ yep, I put the same pressure on myself. I actually stopped enjoying riding and working with Caleb because of the outside pressure, I have now put a stop to it and switch off /put away my phone when I’m going to exercise him and he’s been amazing coming back into work over the past 2 weeks. I’ve also got a non horsey job and yeah, it’s just the same week as yours! I also have my own small business and I study part time - it’s just nuts! Don’t know why I do it to myself. But I make it work. I’m so excited with the lighter nights coming in I must admit. What do you do for work? I’m a finance systems admin (studying accountancy part time) & I have my own small beauty business as a lash tech 🥰 hope you have a lovely week, and thanks for all your effort on your vlogs, you’re doing a fabulous job producing kody. Everyone is on their own path ❤️

Hi Adele. Yes I get very disheartened. I have a 4 Yr old ex racehorse ( & a 19 Yr old tb that didn't race) I did a lot with my 19 Yr old competed etc but with my 4 Yr old because all I'm able to do is hack her or occasionally get her to a school . When I see ppl out competing & successfully re schooling their ex racehorse because they have the facilities the transport & lots of money & a ton of help ( not slating them just gets me down) . So what I'm lacking in facilities etc I hope I can make up for it in my abilities ( I don't know) I think you do a lot for your horse though.

What's ur role in marketing? Im quite interested in this pathway and owning a horse along side it. Only thing that scares me is the commute to London 😂

I market specialised programmes! I only go to London every so often and I really enjoy it when I go :)
