​@@Mina_Rome 6, 7 & 8 are calliiing my name, i need to make them this week!! 🙌🏻 also, i have a super easy 'palacinky' recipe i use for these thin pancakes from my parents home country, slovakia. ive adjusted it to be vegan and super simple! (i kind of go off memory on measurements because the consistency mainly matters) - 2 cups of flour - a flax egg (1 tbs to 2 tbs of hot water) - 2 tbs or so of the sugar - at least double the milk of cups of flour (the milkier the consistency the thinner "crepe")

i've made the cider and it's so so so delicious! although imo the lemon just is mandatory lol without it it's much too sweet and lacks a little bit of depth. i've also added a bunch of pear peels & cores i've had left after making jam, they add in an interesting notes to the beverage

6:50 is that kind of blender easier to clean than the "conventional" kind where the blades are at the bottom? That's always my issue with those, i get so fed up with having to clean these 🫠 also the recipes look amazing, I'll definitely try some of them! 🧡

absolutely, I pretty much stopped using my big blender all together for that reason! i take out the blade part and clean it with water, dish soap and a cleaning toothbrush :)
