I think he saying that about "my generation go ahead talk shit about me" like he was one of the pioneers of Nu-metal in the end of 90's with Korn, P.O.D, Guano Apes and a few other bands and nu-metal at the begining was not very well seen because it was a mixture of alot of different genres of music like eletronic, gothic rock, jazz, hip hop, industrial metal, hardcore Punk, symphonic rock and a few other genres and sub-genres, and the other "Hard rockers" didnt like it so much because they considered this almost a pop version of rock for them... but it was only something different, new and a rebel version of rock :)

Props for acknowledging that scratch session/solo for real, makes me wonder who was the first metal band to bring a DJ into their band. Slipknot, Linkin Park or Limp Bizkit? For a song with some really funky scratching and similar sounding effects, do Linkin Park 'Session'. It's very different but I think you'd like it.
