Loved this! As a distance runner i find it so interesting to see how sprinters train! I would love a FDOE, or Full week of eating? And maybe like a realistic day in the life of all the things you do as well as training?

Love your videos liv! The pinned back bangs look so cute, you should do them more often. Wish you a week full of recovery, super strong sessions and great sleep! x

Nice vlog. We do like to watch your videos, even if you dont believe us! I would scratch myself so much doing beach starts on a track, glad that's not me. You did look strong, hope your gym training goes easier next week. Or harder? Or at least, that you feel more into it. Thanks for sharing with us again 🥰

A rest is needed. I was a javelin thrower and every so often my coach would give me a rest so all the niggles and muscles could heal. It’s normal when you come back to feel sluggish but that’s how you improve, train, rest, sluggish, improve.

I'm happy and sad that track is done here in the States. Summer is cool though, we do a lot of easy volume and get tan before XC .

I never knew that a trash can practice (the vomit session) could be lactic acid. I am a very nauseous athlete and it’s nothing for me to toss a little after a training session 😅
