Great video! The timing is spot on. These exercises are awesome. Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a muscle-building meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.

Hi Kris I was wondering how you structure/plan your workouts? Do you prepare what you're going to do in advance or just go to the gym? Or do you even have some sort of plan? Because I'm really struggeling to structure my workouts in a way that makes sense in the long run, finding balance through ease and effort and overall motivate myself to stay consistant. If you've got any advice, I'd be very happy to hear it...

Built bar should consider ship internationally…. Just charge the shipping to customers… the company will be surprise how much they missed out by not shipping internationally

Do you take any supplements? Protein or creatine? Ive been working out a majority of the year and have been seeing no progress, I definitely lack in the diet aspect. Would love to see how you fuel your body as well!

hi kris love your video as always!! i recently started training for a half marathon using the hal higdon novice training plan (about two weeks ago) and i'm already injured (been having hip discomfort/tightness)!!! i feel like you are always so active yet never get injured (like when u just randomly ran 24 mi for your bday) so i was wondering if you could do a video on injury prevention? i always do the basic warmup and cooldown plus the occasional foam roll but wondering if there's anything outside of that and having proper form that i should be doing

“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NIV ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame” Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”” Luke 19:10 God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved from the eternal fire and have eternal life in Christ Jesus!! 💖 May God bless you all! 💞🕊

The only thing I’m still confused with is the amount of rest in between sets and stuff. Could you elaborate a bit more on that? 😊🫶🏼
