Look after that knee, ive suffered over 40 years with a knee injury and all kinds if excuses not to do a replacement eventhough its bone on bone. Push your doctor to get it fixed up as soon as possible.

crazy sheep. bet you still prefer cows. lol. dont push yourself with work. especially milking . for gods sake watch yourself around them just in case. one little thing and you will be in more pain. regarding sheep. i counted rams before feeding them once, doh. they knocked me over and i couldnt walk. why cause my knee had swollen up. my fault. the last bloke i worked for had limmys. we couldnt get on with them. but livs are better behaved. but obviously you still dont take any chances. lastly, happy vals day to you evie. please dont push yourself too much. its not worth it. just be patient, lol. night night team smiley. sam has a point, if you dont have to, dont. look after yourself.
