There are a few, there is one in Wymondham in Leicestershire, (Which has a CMHC CL site with it) and one in Sneinton in Nottingham called Greens Mill, which is also a Science Centre.

I do agree, although, I don't think 325 a night was unreasonable for what we got. I have paid 15£ a night for a site that had serviced pitches but no Shower or Toilet and was on grass

Agree £25 looks reasonable for a calm site, uk hotel rooms £ 125 for the night
