Just got back from Florida, it doesn’t hold a candle to anywhere in the Hawaiian Islands. I have lots of family on Maui so of course I’m going back there as often as I can. Thanks you guys, and cheers for 2 scoop rice!🦋💜

I really enjoyed this video! We were all so scared that Hurricane Lane would make a direct hit. Thankfully, the island of Oahu, where I live, was spared. I love Las Vegas so I’m always excited to see videos from there. If I have a car I always visit Boulder City. There are cute shops (an alien shop and a cool place that sells stuff from Mexico) good eats and such a fun small town vibe to the place. Aloha!

Thanks Jennifer! We were surprised that there were no road closures on the road to Hana, some constructions, but no closures. We love visiting Oahu too! You have lots of amazing foodie spots there. Any word when Alicia's Market will re-open? Never visited Boulder City, sounds like a fun place!

Staying near or in Lahina should provide lots of attractions and eats to keep you and your family busy. What's nice is, Maui isn't that big, so touring the island can easily be done in a day with plenty of stops. Have a great time!

Hi! Commenting under wife's acct. again. Up to Aug. 30, 2018. I noticed you picked up Zippy's Surf Pacs for your plane ride back home. If you're not flying first class do you get meal service on your flights? If yes do you turn it down? I can't imagine you eating 2 meals on your flight.

Meal service only in First Class. It's extremely rare we would get First on Hawaii flights, always upgrades on those flights. But, if we were ever to get First and we have Zip Pacs, we would pass on the flight meals. lol

this brings back so many memories of my honeymoon in 2004 we rented a Cadillac and I think we were breaking the rules a little bit to take it on the road to Hana I know they said that if it broke down it would be a $2,000 tow back so we took a chance and we did it I remember it being pretty scary sometimes because that road is very narrow... I remember we met a guy named Chicken George who was selling like chocolate-covered bananas out of his house and he was a pretty cool characterbut the reviews were beautiful and we had to stop and take pictures of all the flowers of courseone thing that we learned which I'm sure Bill probably knew was you cannot bring fruits and vegetables on the airplane we bought some avocados and pineapples on the side of the road and we're going to take them back on the plane but they confiscated them and they were the biggest avocados we ever saw what was really cool was that it was an honor system and you just put the money in a little box these people had on the side of the road by their house not sure if they do that anymore but it was a very good experience my favorite part of Maui was snorkeling... of course we did all the touristy stuff like take a helicopter ride and go out to Malachi and all those other submarine trips and all that but next time we're just going to do snorkeling and relax... I don't know how you guys fly so much and then you have energy to go and do stuff that 5-hour flight to Hawaii was so long to me I couldn't wait to get off that plane it was driving me nuts.. kudos to you guys for being such a good flyers... there was one place that was recommended for us to eat and when we went to go do it they said we had to be part of their club I think it was a yacht club or something so we couldn't get in LOL
