Laura, here's a thought. Maybe exercising just made your ass grow...lol! Mean that in the best way.... I started doing squats and deadlifts and my ass grew. Couldn't figure it out because my trousers and jeans in my normal size were the same as well as my diet. Figured out it was the weights......just a thought and your runner as well.....
