All “luxury” apartments are big. It’s one of the reasons they charge as much as they do. It’s regular NYC apartments that are small.

This was a really good tour. Some of my favorite things are the amazing view, the shoe rack by the door, the bar stools, the removable lights in the kitchen and the bed frame. The over decor in the apartment is great! Awesome job!

I love the aesthetic style you've chosen. It's the kind of décor that works spectacularly well with apartments that have compelling modern architecture, not only because of the furniture selection you've made, but also because of the other details like the color scheme and fixtures, etc. I love those types of floor lamps; I have an Arco lamp from Manhattan Home Design and I love its Carrara marble base. Your apartment is so stunning - I love how simplified everything is in terms of what you own and that you either found pieces to perfectly fit in the spaces or made custom ones. I would've definitely chosen an island over a balcony. Where I live I have both but I find I don't really enjoy being on my balcony because it's close enough to the neighbours that it doesn't feel super private.

You have everything you need in your apartment. Nice kitchen counter top, dresser, tv cabinet, shoe cabinet, work table, nice round trolley, walk in closet, and the best part is having a nice, elegant dining table. Most people only have the counter top for food prep and their meals as well. But it’s lovely to have a separate dining table should you wish for a romantic dinner. 👍👍 two thumbs up. What a wonderful place.
