Love Tillsonburg. Best town ever and so much to do and everything is so close

I grew up in Tillsonburg. My family from my grandparents in the 1950s to my mom in the 70s and myself as a teenager in the 1980s all primed, hung the tobacco and boat drove the fields. Back breaking work but great money was made in those years. Just like the Stompin Tom song states" Tillsonburg my back still aches when i hear that word"

Love the video but one thing we’re really known for is our car show every Tuesday in the spring and summer there’s a car show where people from the town being in their old classic cars and show them off I think there’s also an auction there and it’s right because Timmies and Wendy’s and we don’t have it anymore but Corey’s was a diner/restaurant that everyone loved after church the older folks would go for coffee or tea sometimes brunch my nana and papa went there for breakfast sometimes and we went as a family sometimes for dinner

i used to go in Tillsonburg in the 70's , and picked tobacco in Vienna , i have some wonderful memories , i just have loved those years !

I love that Tilly (Tillsonburg) is my hometown my grandparents worked in tobacco for years along with my mom and uncle and a ton of other people in my family and I’m pretty sure my papa worked in Vienna but yes a lot of people I know what come here or lived here normally have fond memories it’s changed so much over the years though and the last few years it really been changing and not in a good way

Coyles is the best! We go all the time especially at Christmas my nana gets all her baking supplies there and she always gets a Christmas brooch they got all sorts of things in there gotta love Coyles

Thanks for your southwestern Ontario video series. I’m getting to see towns that I have not seen for many, many years. I greatly appreciate the high-quality videos that you have produced. (I especially like the opening drone shots over farmland because I recently purchased a DJI Mavic Air!)

Awesome! I live here, and you pretty well got all the cool stuff to do! If I may add: the hiking trails, the clock tower, and instead of Indigo Lounge to eat (I’m surprised they even served you, they have horrible service there) go to D’lish for excellent dishes.
