I'm curious why you started your training block so early? Isn't it like 12-15 weeks at the most for a walk?

@@ceci2894 I enjoy running and wanted to keep it as a part of my routine! I also have a really aggressive goal for this half so having more of a base will be super helpful. But yes anywhere from 12-20 weeks is the norm!

I started running at the end of January this year and run 3 days a week, I love it. I really enjoy your channel it’s definitely my favorite for running content. My dog gets the same way during storm it is really pitiful. 🩵
