I agree to this sambhar making process. Bahut accha banta hai. I have tried making it all at one go without any oil and tadka. Just add all tadka ingredients along with sambhar powder, salt and asofeitieda in the cooker with good amount if water and NO OIL. Let it whistle for 5-6 times and sambhar will be ready, just add tamrind pulp the way in the end while boiling again. No one can make out that it's oil free and tastes the same as we make it with oil. Please 🙏 do try next time when you will prepare South Indian meals.

Soak 100 gram urd dal 1/2 tea spoon. methi ,50 gram beaten rice altogether for to 4 to 5 hours and grind mix this batter with 400 grams of ragi flour and soak overnight and make masala crispy dosa and enjoy with chutney ,aloo sabji, butter. Sure ur family will enjoy Try this 👌👌recipe
