Weekend project "Dark Academia" inspired RUG (featuring NeO and NiX)

Just thought I would share an impromptu weekend project of turning small handwoven rugs into a big one. My 11 year old loved it and said it was very 'Dark Academia' inspired, which to be honest I have no idea what it was until I googled. OK mommy learned a new subculture style from the little one this day :)
Also, now that I have them cats ... I dont think there will ever be another video that they wont be messing around.
NeO is my white and grey tabby, NiX is my black and brown tabby :)

I love that whole decor thing, I didn't know it had a name until I saw a video on youtube the other day LOL! I love how the kids know more than we grownups do! Your rug came out looking great Winnie and I think that cats approve too!

Thank you Bonnie! Hahaha! Yea ... Goodness, I would hv called it steampunkish, but nope it has a different subgenre to it. And ive been googling it since. Love the whole aesthetic of it too!
