Great video! May I add a little advice on applying perfume? You only need to apply to your pulse points- your inner wrists, the pulse spots on your neck, and where you fold your arms (below the bicep). Add a pinch of water to those areas first. The water will seal in the scent and your pulse points will give off the scents. No need to spray all over your body. People will be able to smell you with that little amount 😊

Neisha, peel your ginger w/ a potatoe peeler, then shred it w/ a cheese shredder, then put it into the pot w/ hot boiling water. Strain into a cup w/ honey & lemon w/ your favorite tea. Keep a thermos nearby to take it w/ you on the road. Baby girl save all that pressin for when you're on the road okay.😊. Save the rest in the refrigerator. 34:23

Once you peel the onion run it under cold water that helps take some of the sulfur away and then dry it with a paper towel. I don't have an issue with onions bothering me could be because I wash them afterwards.

Neisha, if you ever want to change up your seasoning try Mccormick All Purpose seasoning with Pink Himalayan salt, garlic, and black pepper. I promise it's good and meat and vegetables and taste different when used on a variety of meat, fish or vegetables. Also Mr. Make it Happen makes and excellent low sodium all purpose seasoning regular and hot also a lemonbae seasoning that are a must have! Enjoy!

Hey Ms. K I am on my good diet thing also my last doctor visit my physician said that my Blood Pressure was kinda high as well as my bad cholesterol and yes she prescribed me a low dose pill( haven’t started it yet) but I know I had not been in the gym for a while and eating everything which as you probably know having a driving job; when you get home you are ready to clean up and fall asleep. i have side burns like u and i am a very like skinned black like u. But ur moms age. when u age get older u change hormones. they will tell u at laser hair removal that pregnancies and hormones as u age can cause the hair to grow back. first time did laser hair removal i did certain amount of treatments there is no one size fit all now that i am way older i regret getting on my chin and side burns. they will sale u that only certain lazers for ethnic skin and then i here they all claim its for all skin types. as for skin tags there is this stuff i found amazon for skin tags for a guy i dated that was native american several reasons they for genetics is one and reading up they can come back after u remove them. another reason they appear can be die to constant rubbing
