When you buy yam at the african shop you should ask them to cut it open before you buy so your sure it is good.

You should have taken the yam back to the shop they will give you another one, they also return the spoilt yams back to the wholesaler and they get it exchanged.

I hear you can buy yam in bulk. Peel and put in the freezer, when you need them just add to hot water and cook. Do not defrost it

Hello, I got a blender on Amazon that also came with a dry spice blender, I use that to blend egusi, but I’m not sure if it will be good enough for ogbono. You can check Amazon for a dry spice blender
