That doesn't make any sense. If you brush your teeth before you eat how will you clean it after you finish? They're going to be food particles in your mouth still.

@@AriBakesThat’s why brushing teeth at night is also important and it’s actually more important than brushing in the morning. And unless you don’t know, lunch also exists but no one brushes their teeth after having lunch. You are also most likely to drink water after eating which will wash away the main leftovers in your mouth and there are no bad germs that could have been created by the time you do so. When you sleep, you fast, and a LOT of germs get created in your mouth, so swallowing them with food is not acceptable if you want to achieve some pearly whites. Instead, just brush your teeth before eating and keep yourself from getting sick or any other problem.

@@AriBakes all im saying is that its not necessary to brush your teeth after every meal because you can do it at night. My sister is a dental hygienist and she told me that if you eat before brushing your teeth, you swallow the food along with your built up bacteria. Sorry if it was hard to understand tho.
