Suchi, one of a friends in Canada did his course and degree in Canada. I had asked him if nail glue is toxic, and he did say that they are obviously not food grade. Since in indian cooking we use our hands a lot, so I never get nail extensions done. Your nail shape, color and hands look beautiful. And I do agree it's an essential part of women grooming just as important as threading. If you have any different information than me, please do share, I would love to get mine done as well

Hi Suchi, I always do it from last 2 years, the heavy you will feel for 2 days max but after that you wnt even feel, the color is good but humara indian khana mei haldi hota hai so light color nails mei jaldi kharab hote hai n stains ho jate hai, I m bengali too and we also cook 2 times a day n wash thora bahut bartan while cooking also have 2 kids so all ghar ka kaam n offce Mujhe aram se 5 weeks chal jate hai aram se .. but yes 3 week ke baad growth increase ho jati hai tab neeche se white apna nails dikhne lagta hai

Please never do extensions or gel… buffing of nails is very unhealthy. Just do plain manicure and put nice colour. It’s much healthier and easier to manage.
