Hi suchi if u don't have a cream u can take 2 breads and half cup milk grind in the mixer it will turn out thick creamy texture u can add in paneer butter masala and malaria kofta it will be amazing u must try

Hi! Just a small tip. When you make appams, pour the batter in the centre last. First on the sides and centre last coz the xentre gets cooked soon.
