Artist like Young, Zappa, Dylan have so much music out there, it could take up a whole house. Hard to keep up with. Always some interesting listens Richard. Some records just get better with age and when we play them again it’s like listening to a new record. Happy New Year

Collecting all the Zappa releases would be a hobby and financial endeavor on its own. I am taking a somewhat guarded approach. In the last year I particularly appreciated Funky Nothingness though. In good part because of my love for Chunga's Revenge. I agree with your thoughts on Zappa as a composer. Another Zappa releated release I have enjoyed this year is a 2014 recording by the Norwegian Broadcasting Orchestra which is about 1/2 Zappa on the album Perfect Strangers on Lawo Classics. Important year ahead on many fronts. Hope you a great 2024.
