I've had cheesesteaks in Philly but I did not like the cheese sauce. I'd much prefer the ones here in Atlanta, created by Asian eateries. They use provolone and/or Swiss cheese here. I know that's not traditional but i can't get behind Cheesewiz.

Yeah I've not seen cheesewiz in the UK, we're quite passionate about our cheese here so I don't think it would be allowed 😅 If I was making it I'd use proper cheese like you say, much tastier 👌
