after a long week of work, Sarah and I, jump in the truck and head south to the Florida Keys! Summerland Key to be exact! Found your videos because I'm most likely moving to the keys in about 5 years with my wife to retire. We want to have a trawler type boat and cruise around, but I also intend to fish off it. love all your videos. My grandfather was one of the men who built the old bridge. My grandmother had to throw all the kids in the car and go rescue them off the bridge when a hurricane struck. Back in those days they had no forewarning of hurricanes. i love seeing it again. Thanks

Thank you so much for the all your videos, its -8 on this Saturday morning in Iowa and I cannot express enough how I'd rather be in the Keys. I did have dolphin fish for supper the other night but it was off the swans truck just not the same as fresh caught. Keep up the videos, my wife and I enjoy them while having coffee in the morning.

Craig, I am from Michigan originally too. Florida fishing is so fun! I will never forget the first time I got to fish in Florida. It was on an inlet next to our hotel near Matalache' Island (south of ft. Meyers). I was working there after a hurricane cutting trees. There was a bait shop across the road from the hotel. I got pin fish and shrimp for bait. I hooked a pin fish on a newly strung walmart "deep sea fishing" pole. I really had no idea how it should be rigged in Florida, so made it like we do in Lake Michigan for perch from the pier. I cast the line with my co-workers watching, and literally as soon as the bait touched the water I had a fish on. This fish fought so hard I thought it was going to destroy the reel on the cheap pole. The manager of the Hotel told me what I caught was an Amber Jack. The rest of the night I caught mangrove snappers, snook, and a tarpon. :) It was a memory I will never forget. I am hooked on Florida fishing.

I say that because I remember how my brother taught me how to hunt and fish when I was a child and to respect the way we have THE responsibility to protect and preserve our environment we are privileged to live in. Been reminiscing today watching the past Fl Keys and Bahama videos and thinking how nice Sarah and Rob made these videos for us to be a part of. Even going back a few years you still get that feeling of excitement and really appreciate the beauty. It's 2020 now, and has turned out to be the worse year on record for the world.
