“WE ARE wOKE 👀”
@smartazz61
@smartazz61 6 жыл бұрын
Alexis Robinson We are woke? Yeah, I guess mocking an older actress that unlike many hasn't made herself look like a freak of nature with plastic surgery makes you woke. If you don't follow the party line then you're a horrible person that probably doesn't even deserve to live right? Try reading "Gulag Archipelago". A true account of the horrors of communism. Even the incorrect assumption that the Kulaks were evil perpetrators of anti party sentiment was enough to cause their murders. In turn, literally a hundred million people starved to death with the loss of the Kulak's agricultural expertise. Progressives are doing a fair job of laying the groundwork for modern socialist hell on earth. Read the book, or in your case the CliffsNotes. If you allow it to sink in, you'll see what the progressives are doing. I imagine most have no idea. They just think they're creating a eutopia. But to simplify the thing. Not going along with the me too thing shouldn't cause you to lose the respect you rightfully deserve by virtue of living a long rich life. One that no one could say was used to do anything but enrich people's lives. In this case, SNL and you are bullying Grandmothers simply for the fact that they think differently than you. Why is diversity wonderful until it becomes a diverse thought process? You all are horrible hypocrites and bigots and should shut the hell up until you can practice what you're preaching. Diversity my ass. Yeah, what happens to those that THINK different?
@Lelexismarie
@Lelexismarie 6 жыл бұрын
smartazz61 Thank you so much for the extensive response. I do not appreciate you saying that myself and SNL are “bullying grandmothers” no no no, I simply quoted “we are wOKE 👀” because of the way Kate McKinnon did it. Nothing to it. But I’m glad myself and others got a history lesson.
@smartazz61
@smartazz61 6 жыл бұрын
Alexis Robinson First, you posted on you tube. Second, you wrote three words. A bit difficult to know exactly what side you were rooting for but I took a shot. Third, your post was simply the closest one to my finger when I decided to bash SNL. It looked like you might be cheering SNL on (once again, 3 words, I'm not a mind reader) I figured if you were on SNLs side I'd get two birds with one stone. If you weren't no big deal because surely NO ONE that writes WE ARE WOKE and nothing else is really not taking any of it or themselves very seriously. You cant get yourself in a huff over a perfect stranger that was quite obviously working with his own personnel Agenda. SNL was my target. You just happened to be the person that to me appeared to not be real worried about the whole thing. Now, UN bunch panties, take a bong hit or chant oooohhhhhhhmmmmmm, and order up Gulag Archipelago. No matter which way you lean its something everyone should know about. Especially in this climate of rich and powerful people that are desperately pushing the socialist agenda. Imagine, in Canada, soon the U. S. If your little five year old boy comes home and says, "daddy, I want to get boobs and be a girl. Well in Canada, not getting the boy into the doctor's office for hormone blockers before he can enter puberty could possibly get your child taken away from you by the state. I'm not making that up. Google it. If stories like that don't make you at least wonder a little about whether or not there are powerful people that would do ANYTHING to take your freedoms away, then you're probably on the side of giving the poor little chap hormone blockers. Now, after all this, do you still think you had very much at all to start me writing? Your post was just THERE! And if you REALLY care what a stranger attached to your KZbin post, you're spending too much time on the internet. Yes, I spend too much time on the internet.
@Lelexismarie

smartazz61 Look I’m with you, I don’t live under a rock. I obviously want to live in a world that values the choice to make their own decisions with their body in the future, not have to go through constant racism (yes this is a hell of a run-on I just don’t know when to break), equal pay amongst everyone, and where #metoo can become #notanymore. I get the points you make, but SNL a show that comedy-fies many things that happens in this day and age is for a lighthearted laugh. Kate McKinnon one of my favorite cast member on the show had a funny way of saying “we are wOKE” AND I f***king laughed my ass off. That’s all.

Its terrifying how much Kate Mckinnon looks like Brigitte Bardot. She looks exactly like her! Kudos to the hair and make up artists, they did a fabulous job.. Poor Brigitte has lost her mind.

1:59 poor Catherine Deneuve. "so many of the things this woman says are problematic" ...and so many things they make poor Cecily say are to set up MacKinnon's punchlines..

jv Evidently, you don't know much about the great history of "straight men" in comedy. Lou Costello was nothing without Bud Abbott to set him up. Without Cecily, Kate would have less to take off on . And Cecily's retorts were priceless, calling attention to Bardot's insanity, like the perfect one you linked to ! To call her "poor Cecily" shows a lack of understanding of her role and just how important it actually is.

The way Cecily kept swinging that champagne glass made me imagine what Patsy Stone [#AbsolutelyFabulous] might have been if she had grown up French, not British. Kate Mackinnon knocks another characterization out of the park, again!

It's normal in French the letter H is mute. WE NEVER PRONOUNCE THIS SOUND IN OUR LANGUAGE! Try to pronounce a letter or a sound who doesn't never exist in your parlance. Now I'm able to pronounce an English H. I can say hi and not I to salute someone. At school, our English teachers don't teach us to pronounce the letter H in the English style. And we also don't pronounce the S of the end of the words, the letter S is mute too. A lot of our letters are mute in French by example the W is pronounce in the German way like the letter V. But now you know why and you'll be less silly tonight. 🇺🇲😘
