For the April Fools episode, they should do this routine with Aidy Bryant and Michael Che. She can call him "black boy" and "tarbaby" instead of "white boy" and "snow muffin". People would be all like "AWKWARD!", but it would be hilarious. It would be funny because it would turn the whole dynamic on its head....and it would be brave because it would be showing somebody use a word that they cant say without getting in trouble (recalling the old Richard Pryor translation sketch). I hope they do it...SNL is known for their cutting edge satire and their willingness to push the envelope, black boy! Get these tarbabies thinking from a different side of the power dynamic!

I know there are a lot of guys who seem to get really upset just that Leslie Jones exists, and I guess they must have some reason really driving them that hard, but I don't get it. I think she's pretty great. She always brightens my day when I see her in sketches. I admire that infectious and never-ending optimism even when she's being faced with severe negativity. I love her big smile and sparkly eyes. She looks like she gives the greatest hugs, too. I dunno, maybe it's stupid. Part of me hates seeing the cruelty she gets thrown at her, but the other part of me just figures it doesn't effect her at all. :) I know she'll never see this, but for those who feel like I do about this wonderful goofball, know you're not the only one who enjoys her, especially in these strange times.

This sketch is just too funny! I really miss Leslie Jones on SNL - she was (and still is) a true comedy queen. Leslie also described hockey pretty accurately when she called it violence on ice. Just watch any hockey game (be it in the Olympics or the NHL), and you'll see why. Also, the bit where Olympic women's hockey gold medalist Hilary Knight stopped by the desk was awesome. I cannot wait for the next Winter Olympics!

Full cages? Only NHL teams and SOME men's pro leagues use half-shields or no shield. Juniors and even college all wear full cages on their helmets. I believe the pro women's league does as well. We are closer to the NHL having all players wearing them than not, especially now that the league banned having a shield-less helmet about 10 years ago and all the players that were grandfathered in have retired.
