I can’t stop laughing! I work in John Lewis curtain department and I’m shouting at the screen! Make sure you cut a bit off of each pole so the join is in the middle and you will need another bracket to support the join. The curtains will look big but once you pull the strings at the top they will be fine as you need enough fabric to make them have a nice gather. Xx

It's about the same size as mine. I buy my on Amazon and judge by the pics lol. In the past I have been known to hang a net and trim them whilst hanging....yeah..no not a good idea 😁 have a lovely day and I hope you get it sorted. xx
