Hi, usually in India from which hospital you have done all the vaccination for your kid they provide all the information. For example we got everything from rainbow children hospital which is in Bangalore and they provided everything in a file. If you don't have such information then ask your pediatrician in india for the list of vaccinations which your kid got with the doctor's signature. You can take a scan copy of that and show it here.
