I bought a water filter for my shower too, but like a month or so ago. I bought it to see if it'll improve my hair's dryness because I heard the water quality could affect that. What are the benefits of the Infrared Sauna? wouldn’t the intense heat/light not be bad for hyperpigmentation?

Yes the shower filter absolutely can affect your hair! Not only your hair but your skin too. Good decision getting one 👏🏾 also, I only have hyperpigmentation on my face and my face wasn’t in the infrared pod, only under the red & blue lights so I didn’t notice any difference, however, to my knowledge it doesn’t affect it how UV rays from the sun would. Strangely, if my hyperpigmentation were to get worse from the sun or infrared light, it wouldn’t stop me from doing either lol. For me, the health benefits of both outweigh my vanity preferences lol. I’ll just fix the hyperpigmentation later 😂

@@EsiriE no I didn’t notice anything so it made me want to test the water.. sure enough, there was no difference lol so I just ordered me a new filter that I’m way more confident in. It just got delivered but I was out of town for the weekend so I’ll install it sometime this week and test it.
