Aybo the ulcers thing makes so much sense. A couple of years ago I could not survive without chewable antacids in my purse, they were a part of my groceries and I also know it wasn’t triggered by food because I could be drinking a glass of water, have an apple and I would be almost paralysed by the pain from ulcers… I realise now it was stress because that was a very hectic period of my life…
