I love seeing your cat and hearing him talk. I lost my cat and then my husband last year and I love animals so much especially cats. But I sold my home in Florida and moved to an apartment in North Carolina and I can’t have a pet here. Makes me very sad. So I’m always happy to see peoples cats. When you make the ground beef with that Mongolian sauce is that all you do is brown meat and the sauce and then just serve it with rice and veggies because I’m gonna do that. I hardly cook since losing my husband and I really need to get off frozen meals and junk food, I’ve been eating and I’ve lost a lot of weight caring for my husband but now I’ve gained 12 pounds back and I’ve got to get back on the right track

I am so sorry for your loss ❤️ I know you’re probably tired of hearing that but I’m sending you lots of love! For the Mongolian Beef bowls I brown the meat then add in 1/2 cup of sauce (to 1lb ground beef) then serve it with rice and whatever veg! I like to sauté zucchini in a skillet with some garlic powder and a little soy sauce, goes great with this dish! the leftovers are great for a few days too so you can hav an easy quick dinner!❤️

I got a memory foam cervical pillow and it has helped so much with my neck pain. I just ordered it off of Amazon. Excited for the wedding content also! I’ve been married 15 years but it’s still fun to watch stuff like that IMO. So happy for you!

That Mongolian sauce is so good! I started buying it over 2 years ago from watching your videos and I just love it. I also make that tortellini soup and it is absolutely delicious. We must have the same tastes because I too am picking up blackened chicken frequently. I love making tacos with them and I add some Taco Bell sauce, dash of ranch, sprinkle of reduced fat Mexican cheese and some shredded romaine

I wear bike shorts, t-shirt, and a baseball hat pretty much exclusively when running errands in FL. 🤷‍♀️ For Alani nu, I use the powder sticks, so you can use the full stick or however much you want in water. I love them, and they're cheaper!

@LouiseLane they are called alani energy sticks and are ~$10 for a 10 pack at my store. I've gotten them for like $8 on sale before though! I'd definitely say try again for the bike shorts. I got Calvin Kline ones a few summers ago at Sam's Club, and they're longer and less flattering. Last year, I got a shorter Member's Mark variety-2 pack, and I love them. Honestly though, I'd rather feel a little uncomfortable with how I look than be hot 🤣 I'm sorry, like if my legs offend someone, that's their problem. 😝
