Hi, Tami!!! A quick tip: when you say "my portuguese channel" "portuguese edition" implies you're talking about Portugal. We know you're from Brazil but some new people might not know that. So it will be better to say "my channel IN portuguese", and "brazillian edition"/"edition IN portuguese". (I think you mentioned on the first video that it would be okay to give tips, so I hope you don't mind!) Having lots of fun watching the video 💛

This new era in English is everything we could ask for ❤ I was just wondering if when you say "a romance book" you mean "a novel book". I have already questioned myself in the past if the two options are possible, but I feel like I hear novel the most. What do you think? I have never looked it up before, so I thought about commenting and seeing what everyone thinks. Great vlog btw 😊

Yeah, in english it would be a novel, romance is a romance book! But it's one of those things where people usually understand within context!

It's confusing sometimes because in Portuguese we have "novela" too but it doesn't mean novel 😅 but yeah understanding through context is a must

@@giuliaesantos in english they have novella as well! But i do think it's confusing when you're trying to learn - and honestly even when you already know. As Tami said on her first video here, the most important thing when speaking in any language is for the other to understand within the context so I do think we worry too much about these kind of things when in reality it is not a big a deal (speaking from experience bc I also worry way too much about it lmao) (as prove here i am fixing the small mistakes i've found after replying)

Like.... this is so cool. I watch a lot of videos in english. Its fun to watch my favorite booktuber in international version. Narnia was one of my favorite book as a child. I was a child, a young child when the movie was released. My younger sister was just a toddler when this happened, so the movie it's a GOOD PART of our childhood.

It's funny to watch someone start a channel in a new language when you already followed them for so many years speaking their native language. It's almost like watching a complete different person lmao. But it's normal my personality and even my voice changes a lot when I talk in English too

One of my friends is obsessed with The Goonies! She's not a fan of the book though lol I honestly had neeeever heard of The Game before you mentioned the trilogy in your other video. Maybe because the author is Swedish? And I tried reading the first Narnia book when the first movie was released and I could not. do it. It was very much not for me. I'm glad you had a better experience with it! Amazon delivering to RS again: I bought so many books so so so many half of my tax return money spent in books just so many books Reading plans not working out: our entire lives :B EXCITED FOR THE READING VLOG if you end up posting it :D Also, I loved the little clips of you making a cup of coffee and going to the grocery store and doing other life things

Narnia has two orders. The order of publication and chronological order of the events. The Magician's Nephew it's the first in chronological order, but The Lion, The witch and the wardrobe are the first published.
