WEEKEND VLOG: self care, cleaning, and Long Covid struggles

This vlog is from February 4th which seems like not too long ago, but something that has changed in that short period of time is my mood. Clearly today I wasn't feeling the best, my Long Covid symptoms were pretty bad and after I did my self-care/ skincare and cleaned my room a bit, I had to literally lie on the couch for the rest of the day. I read this long covid book by Gez Medinger who's on KZbin, and I'll link his channel down below! But I just wasn't doing too well mentally/ emotionally. I was bummed out about how I was feeling physically, but also about how I didn't have any money... well, I've been working on myself a lot, going to therapy and journaling- and really practicing gratitude, and I'm happy to say that I'm doing a lot better. I still have bad days- I was just in a bad mood/ down a few days ago, but I'm doing better. I believe good things are headed my way 🤍
