I feel this so heavy. At one point I was working two jobs, finishing my masters degree, being a wife, worship leader, and gyming it heavily...Life happens and the Holy Spirit speaks to us letting us know that we can grind harder and be in his word more. We are human and we go through waves but to know that you can get back on it is already half way there. And once we do get there it's a peace of mind to have that routine. God bless!!!

My faith is my shield that’s why I still trust in Jesus even though I’m struggling to providing for my two autistic children since losing my job over declining the vaccine. I declined the vaccine due to my pre existing health condition (Lupus) and Heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption from Forsyth Hospital. My husband passed away three years ago, I’m a single mother. I’m all alone. Both of my sons are non verbal so things are more hard on me. Every month I don’t know how we are going to make it through. Every month is a struggle, a battle to not end up on the streets. I was so depressed and embarrassed by my situation. I was so ashamed and overwhelmed. I have been put down and mocked by others because of my situation, and choice. BUT because of my faith I KNOW GOD WILL PROVIDE. Even as I face homelessness with two young children seemingly every month! I have faith that God will provide abundantly. He has so far! He has sent strangers to help me. Thank you Jesus thank you Heavenly Father. GOD IS REAL! You just have to believe!

I get up at 6 every morning and pray yoga take a cold shower for 10 minutes now soap I'm allergic to fragrances and others but my skin soft and glowing still. Then I slow walk for about 45 minutes while listening to my gospel music and missing my only child. Thanks for your awesome videos there are very inspiring 😊

Wow... God is good. For the past few weeks, I was feeling the same way and was just being really hard on myself. It is comforting to know we are not alone and we are not perfect. We will slip from time to time but that is the beauty of God's kindness and mercy. I’ve had moments of being disciplined in my morning rituals (waking up at 5 a.m. for prayer, meditation, reading, physical training & yoga), then I’ll find myself being sort of lackadaisical.
