From a guy who weighed over 700 pounds, was bed bound for almost 6 years in the same room, you have inspired me on my weight loss journey Phil. We weren't meant to eat a plant based diet. Our gi tract is most similar to dogs and bone isotope analysis shows we have been primarily eating meat for the last 5 million years until the agricultural revolution.

Don't do it. Listen to Sonic. Go carnivore or at least animal based. Unless you want to fart all day and have inflammation and brain fog among other problems.

Excellent content! Your're routine is similar to mine lol. I love papaya & fried Oyster mushroom chicken. I make oyster mushrooms tacos with spelt flour tortillas top with key lime, chopped avocado, red onion, & roma tomatoes. Its also one of my go to dinners.

You shouldn't have to have motivation to keep this up. Your body will know it's bad or good. If your body dosent like it, it will give you signs to stop. Go carnivore or at least animal based. You won't have issues staying on it. You'll thrive.

What he made here for BF is called “Agua de Sandia.” It’s something Mexican people have been drinking since Mexican food was invented…we also make them out of every fruit you can think of! But we add water, so it stretches the drink…My only complaint is we feel the need to add sugar when it is unnecessary, unless the fruit it not very ripe and even then, just a little bit of natural sweetener would be needed. Either way, well done! You can make the same drink with cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries, lemonade w/chia and on and on.

I love this , you take care of yourself and eat well… idk how you’re freezing the bananas for your smoothies but there’s an easy way, you can find some reusable freezer bags and place each banana in there whole and they come out frozen individually and you don’t have to cut the bananas out
@truthseeker59412 жыл бұрын
You can also just freeze them whole in their skin. The skin turns dark, but the bananas are perfect on the inside. I learned this from a cooking show 20 years ago, been doing it ever since.

Thank you for sharing.. this is my first time watching. Thank you for mentioning the white salt vs using Himalayan Salt... I noticed it😊.. just a suggestion replace the aluminum foil for parchment paper. That way you don't have the metal transfer into your food to body. Another, suggestion, replace your Telefon pans with Iron pans. Telefon is a non-stick man made material vs iron for earth. This is a friendly comment out of love. Thank you for showing me different ways to enjoy my plant based journey!

Stop hating on this young man, You are what you eat, I wish i had ate healthier when i was younger, I wouldn't be having stomach issues and taking medication. Now i am eating healthier. I do the smoothie and ceral for breakfast. But i do eat meat. Grill or bake chicken, bake fish, turkey, and beef very seldom, also fresh veget, and fruit andi drink plenty of water and green tea. We have to watch what we put inside our bodies. Cancer is on the rise and well as heart disease and other illness. The young man is doing the right thing.
