In Canada we have unsweetened chocolate almond milk. I add monkfruit sugar or stevia sugar and keep it low calorie. I make it in the blender with frozen banana, a bit of decaf expresso powder, vanilla, a bit of cocoa powder and monkfruit sugar.

Speaking of kids and babies in Mums tummy. When I was having my third we knew it was a boy and had named him Dean. I was in early labour and had told my other two boys that Dean would be coming soon. I had them at the beach for a little play and my 4 yo kept running up to me and hugging me around my middle. I asked him what was wrong and he said he didn't want Dean to fall out onto the sand! 😅

I'm from Argentina and would love to visit Australia, I was thinking to do a working holiday visa (I already did it in New Zealand) but I'm so freakin scared by spiders and I knowww the deal there 🙈 would you recommend me to do it anyways? maybe living in a really high building 😅 but I don't want that stopping me from doing if it's not that bad. Oh I wouldn’t let that stop you! Just stay in cities or bigger towns, new homes/apartments are generally fine to. Like honestly I think people hear stories about spiders here but living here i don’t really notice them 🤗 most are harmless too
