It's Pole Vaulting at 40 minutes, I was a pole vaulter :) very tough sport you have to have discipline and very strong mental. You need to be very confident and positive as well as beat any fear inside your head and know you will make it. It's an extremely dangerous sport but the sensations are incredible.... Love your videos, you are incredible!!!!! 🤩🥰

Wow Nic, I have literally at home half days from work with a repetitive stress injury in my arm doing exactly what you said, yoga, stretching, breathing and Dr. prescribed exercises because I can't lift my arm. Dead on! What I am learning is intense attention to my body and not taking it for granted that I can push through in a way that damages myself. It's a slow lesson.

A lot of what you said really rang true.... hectic week, needed "me time", took off to beach spur of the moment for a few days, just what i needed. Was in overload mentally.
