Excellent work as always. Got to throw my two cents in here about GODS. Yes, there's a load going on in there and, no, not all of it makes a lot of sense, but every time I read an issue, I get the feeling like I did when I read early Vertigo books - that what I'm seeing here is not only entertaining but also important - and I can't tell you when reading a Marvel book last made me feel that way.

Agree about Hulk, the inconsistent artwork is really hurting the run. Loving Gods though, even just as it's own thing. Just great art, writing, and big ideas.

Love that Gi Joe is getting love. The whole universe they’ve built here is great. Batman Dark Age is definitely going to be picked up. I may have to get Savage Dragon and check it out, I think I did in the early 2000’s maybe, it’s always been a book I wanted to read but just read a synopsis in previews and focused on my main books.

Batman Dark Age was by far the best book of the week, IMHO. We may have seen many Batman origin stories, but this one might be the best yet.

I'm with you Robbie. ASM has been unreadable for a long time but I keep collecting it. I think I may stop with you now after this one. What has Marvel done to its flagship properties of ASM and X-Men? They are simply awful. Meanwhile, these Ultimate books are great. That is how you write a compelling story.

Marvel REALLY needs to get their shit together. Besides the Ultimate books and a few others, a LOT of the books are so low quality and inconsistent especially with art. Theyre pricing is abysmal too with some trades going up to 30 dollars for 5 issues. Get it together Marvel!

Yeah gave up on asm daredevil venom thor n now I guess hulk …most of marvel ain’t working fr me. They were the worst publisher fr me in 2023. I only read gr n mk in its entirety. Ultimate bp n spidey are ok…but most of their stuff is average
