Girl I really resonated with your body image talk. I’ve been through it as well will pre wedding diet and it post wedding, but I realized that the post wedding eating was happy eating and I would still consciously eat knowing I’m gaining weight but now 1 year and half later I’m trying to lose the weight. Girl! A lot of people that move to Dubai say that they lose hair - it's to do with the hardness of the water and probably also the heat. Look into getting a different shower head which will help with the water hardness ❤

Hi Helin ❤ I love love your vlogs, so thank you 😘 a few years ago I had some balding spots and this oil mix helped me a lot: in my hands i mixed almond oil + grapeseed oil + a little bit of castor oil (it’s quite thick) + little drops of rosemary and peppermint essential oil - I applied this religiously 2 to 3 times a week on my bald spots and it helped me soo much! Reason for your hair loss is Dubai's water. My son lived in Dubai and he ( and his friends) had a same problem. They had to install some kind of filter in their shower heads.

im also on my hair care journeyyy and i just wanted to share some tips that personally worked for me and ppl i suggested to! - dry your hair with a microfibre towel and dry it upwards to keep the moisture and avoid it being fizzy afterwards! - rosemary oil 1-2 times a week>> - trim your hair once a month to keep the growth goingg

I've been suffering from hairless for 10 years and I have hypothyroidism. 3 months ago I did a blood test which showed I had vitamin D, iron and B12 deficiency. I started taking hair vitamin, vitamin D and iron and my hair has stopped shedding and I can see baby hair growth.
