I’ve been enjoying sacred Flame also, it’s getting a little chilly up here in Kansas so it works well in this weather. On another note, I was lucky to get a 5ml sample of Nemean Lion from somebody and here’s my thoughts😂. I’ve heard ppl “It’s very barnyardy and challenging in the opening/ could be offensive in public”. I don’t get that at all, I think people who say stuff like that have never smelled real oud/ or don’t appreciate oud in its raw form. You’re definitely right, this is by far the most masculine fragrance from the house, it’s beautiful. This definitely feels more like eastern style perfumery. Sometimes the generic “sweet” style of fragrances these days gets repetitive, especially when many of these big houses are getting their oils from the same companies. The Oud in NL is imo pretty smooth, and very elegant, it’s definitely not Indian Oud. Went on a rant my bad 😅
