This is in no way trying to cause drama or bash anyone. But to be honest.....the ice cream is healthier for him then all the energy drinks he goes thru. Those things are so bad for you. They cause heart problems. Look it up. Especially in younger aged people

No you’re so so right! I stress so much about his health with the energy drinks. I tell him and he knows but I think he relies on them so much and they are honestly addicting. Trust me I agree with you and I get on him about it 😪

Yes they do my son was diagnosed as a diabetic and the doctor told him to cut them out since diabetics can have silent heart attacks and energy drinks can cause heart problems in younger adults

for the gyros we do the two ingredient dough and make like a flat bread, the meat (come in a bag at costco) (alton brown makes a good one) walmart has a good greek seasoning, made by cavenders, and the sauce at aldis is yummy too.. just in case you were wanting to make your own. nice video

A tip that helps us is keep painter’s tape and a marker handy. Mark the date you open stuff also if the expiration date on bread is hard to read mark it on the tape. Time goes so fast it is hard to remember when you opened a product. Also the used by date isn’t the same for items after it is opened. Happy Healthy New Year 🎉

I asked my bf for one for Christmas and since we got it we’ve been making so many good recipes! They’re all about 300 calories a pint and 42 grams of protein. I also got an Italian ice protein powder to make Italian ice with. Such a good idea for Valentine’s Day :)

Wrap each cucumber in a paper towel and put them into a zip lock bag . Works great. Putting a paper towel in your bag of salad and closing tightly your salad will last longer

I always add paper towels to the bottom of my veggie drawer and definitely take the cucumbers out of the bag. I replace the towels as needed.
