Why does dad always feed the oldest child first? He waits until the baby starts protesting before he will feed him. He does it all the time.
@celianeher7637Ай бұрын
Because it's cultural. The other thing is we only see bits and pieces of their routine, also it good for the dad to feed the older one because of ' siblings rival ' , it teaches the younger to be patient and the older one will be willing to let his sibling go first.

@@celianeher7637 no it’s not cultural when it comes to kids. With adults, yes. Plus, a hungry baby doesn’t understand the idea of patience. The older child will. Also, you don’t sit a hungry baby with an older child and then proceed to only feed the older child and then be asking him if it is tasty while the hungry baby is right there watching. That my dear will cause animosity and hatred. You teach the older child to be mindful of his younger sibling. The older child already got all the attention by himself at that age. Also, this isn’t a snippet. They showed from they sat down, to when they started, to when they finished. I have seen multiple videos and in every one he feeds the oldest and is asking him how he likes the food while the baby is right there watching. The baby gets fed when he either starts crying or protesting loudly because he is being ignored.
