One my favorite meals when I was on ww Is to take Dijon mustard and coat the chicken it in and the dip it in the crispy onions and do potatoes with the Lipton onion soup mix

Excited to see this series! Once the kids start school I know you had talked once about getting some help with someone watching the 2 youngest while you work are you still going to do that? Maybe you can find a Mother’s Day out program. You definitely need to have some me time and don’t feel Mom quilt for it please. I did that when my son was young and it was great and I got so much done while he was there. Sometimes it was just going to the grocery store by myself and I could take my time and enjoyed it. Lol. Honestly it helped him getting to be with other children his age. Just something to think about because you need that time. Thanks for sharing I thought dinner looked good! You should get a cold brew maker because it’s a lot cheaper than buying the stok coffee and it’s super easy to make. The one I have has a filter and you just put the coffee beans in it and fill it up with water and stick it in the fridge the night before and you have coffee for the next few days

I just can’t find anything that tasted as good as Stok. I’ve tried making the cold brew pods and they aren’t strong. It’s watered down tasting. Does yours turn out pretty strong?

thanks for the recipes - maybe the chicken taco thing would taste better with chicken broth added, as a soup. or even with salsa added on top and eaten with scoops...? glad your girls are getting to enjoy VBS - my kids will be going to their second round of VBS at a nearby church and they're loving every bit of it :)
