So here’s where I’m at. I set some really genuine goals for 2023 and tried hard on them every month, every week, and didn’t accomplish them. I am realizing how much of the outcome of those goals is out of my control, so I feel unsure of how to proceed for 2024 and just feel like my brain needs a “win” already, even a small one. I also know that part of success in goals is prioritizing down to like 3, but when I start trying to rule ones out, my life looks a lot less well-rounded or balanced. Super struggling, but enjoyed this video and got to relate with you on the stress of date stickers going crooked despite our best efforts! Your channel has quickly become a favorite.❤

I am the same way with crooked stickers. Drives me crazy! LOL! That is why I am a stickler to good removable matte with my stickers. I am so with you on finding peace and not stressing so much and also not having to always feel like I need to pretend. My word for this year is RELEASE because that is what I want to work on just releasing anything that I do not need in all areas of my life. You have such a calming peaceful way about your videos! Hello Cat. Much as I love Minnesota, does my Canadian heart so good when I saw the word Boxing Day. It is those little things I miss. I liked the chit chat. I have tried like you say, I really liked how you said to feel the true feelings and then letting it go. It is important to not be hard on ourselves , As an empath I feel so much and this is at times overwhelming not to take on the world.

Hi!😊 This is so pretty! I love blue and gold as holiday colors, I think it’s so pretty!🥰 Ginger peach tea sounds amazing! Timing in life is so amazing and funny! I’m genuinely doing good today, gonna have a fun and relaxing planner day but the other day I just wasn’t feeling ok, there wasn’t any one specific thing I just had this day where I wasn’t feeling ok no matter what I tried and I had this aha moment where I realized that even though I’m so happy in my faith, my trust, belief and relationship with God, I’m still gonna have times where I don’t feel like I’m ok, I don’t feel that great and in this moment I realized that that’s ok too and I just embraced that realization and that feeling of acceptance and it was this really special, powerful feeling and then I’m like gonna watch some Planning Calm and you reminded me of that and I just love how life works lol I had a nice and quiet Christmas and I’m looking at a nice and quiet nye too! Wishing you all the very best, thank you so much for everything honestly and I look forward to your next one!!❤❤
