Volunteer somewhere local, cut your teeth. Do every small task the HC needs.

How many reps are you shooting for for each player for a specific skill?

No specific number, based on depth chart. 1’s get about 70%, 2’s get 25% and 3’s get 5% roughly. Need to get a lot done during indy periods with smaller numbers
