Everyone is so different but I used to only use more form pillows and such and I’d have neck and back pain then I started user more flat softer pillows and I wasn’t getting the neck and back pain anymore. Maybe you could try it out? Unless you got more firm stuff because you had that same issues before. Anyway love your content and it’s always fun watching your hauls!
