I've read that book, it's most likely fake/stolen because lots of the information reads like the teachings of the Jewish Sages.

Evidences that only Jesus is the Messiah According to the TaNaKH He is God. Isaiah chap.9 v.6-7 He is the Son of God. Psalm 2v7&12 He is the Son of man. Daniel 7v13 He was born of a virgin. Isaiah 7v14 He was descended from King David. Jeremiah chap. 23v5, 30v9, 33v15, Ezekiel 34v23-24, 37v24, He was born in Bethlehem in Judah and His goings forth have been…from everlasting(He is God). Micah 5v2 Anyone who does not believe in him shall be dealt with by the LORD. Deuteronomy chap. 18v15, 18v18-19 He was whipped (scourged) and marred by the Romans and his blood sprinkled on many nations: Isaiah chap. 52v14-15 He was crucified: He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
