I never know what food to make and its so annoying, I always end up eating pizza or some other kind oft fast food because im too lazy to make some super complicated expensive meal... so something like that would be SO helpful! ❤️❤️

This is such a great video idea but I'm so intrigued as to how you make chicken, bacon, bread, and pizza stretch to 7 breakfast, lunch and dinners. Maybe some what I eat in a day videos would be really helpful :) I feel I spend too much on food xx

You are just gorge!! When I was at uni (about six years ago) I was on such a tight budget I would spend no more than £10 a week on food! No idea how I did it but I guess when you're not earning much and student loan doesn't even cover rent you have no choice. That was back when Aldi/Lidl weren't as prominent as they are now so I was stuck with Tesco xx

I'd recommend getting the loose broccoli without the plastic. In my experience, Sainsbury's is pretty good with their loose veg prices

Food and toiletries are so much cheaper in England compared to in Australia, even when you convert the currency. I couldn't believe it when we were there, although I'm pretty sure the fuel is more expensive there though.

I love making carbonara but in the uk, a lot of places put cream in it and there is no cream in proper Italian carbonara, just pancetta ham, garlic then the spaghetti, egg and cheese

Most of things comes packaged, I am crazy about recycling but places where food is unpacked are so uncommon, only market's, but even there you put stuff in the bags, and it is so rare that people would start bringing their own bags which I am thinking long time to do but havent got that in practice yet

Educate yourself on the industries you’re buying from, and go vegan! 💛 watch cowspiricy, what the health, visit nutritionfacts on KZbin, you should know where that food is coming from and what it’s doing to you x

I do understand plant based diets can be specifically daunting to people that suffer allergies - I was one of those people. There are a number of nutrients that we get exclusively from plants, so I'm guessing that you do still consume some fruits and veggies. I would suggest doing some research into this, including looking at how animal products (specifically dairy) confuse our immune systems and cause allergies - mostly to food. A common 'side affect' of a plant based diet is the reduction of allergies to foods, and can also help with allergies to pollen, dust, pets, eczema etc. I'd suggest doing some research into the dairy-allergy connection. As well, research has shown that a high fibre diet can have an impact on lowering food allergies specifically due to encouraging healthy gut bacteria to flourish. PubMed and nutritionfacts by Dr Michael Greger are great resources, but also here on youtube you can get a lot of information. Some of my favourite channels are Mic the vegan, Gojiman, nutritionfacts, henchherbivore, physicians committee, plant based news. Hope this helps, and good luck! :)
